Christmas is almost here... just one week to go!
For our last QI blog of 2019 we are publishing 3 adapted Christmas carols. They are just for fun really, but each has a wider message.
We'll leave you to interpret them for yourself, but our Christmas 'audit and QI' wishes for Santa are: 1/ stop leaving care homes out of the national audit party (it really is a disgrace), 2/ let's get everyone working in QI and audit pulling together (we are on the same team!) and 3/ where we see an opportunity to improve (in whatever capacity)... then let's seize it! Auditors should ask the hard questions, challenge the status quo and not feel bad about it.
